Our Full Planning package is exactly what it sounds like! We take the lead on everything ranging from vibe/theme ideas, color palettes, mood boards, invitation curation, securing vendors, budget management, tablescapes, and all the things in between!

Partial Planning coupled with a Month of Coordination is our most common package!

Think of it as you do about 50% of the planning and KW Wedding Events does about 50% of the planning. This is specific to the areas you need support with for your wedding planning process. This includes booking vendors, curating mood boards, sourcing decor, determining processional orders, and budget management. Essentially, we become teammates from the time you sign your contract!

This is the ideal package to alleviate all stress the month prior to your wedding. Think of it as the “behind the scenes,” details & operations that make the day run smoothly and as perfectly as you planned. Our team will communicate & work with your vendors to create a specific & customized timeline, unique to your wedding & your vendors. This communication begins a month or more prior to your big day. Additionally, this package includes on-site service for 8 hours. This includes: managing the variables, adhering to the timeline & facilitating the flow, handling anything that arises, assisting with vendors set up, finalizing details, & so much more!

An assistant is a bonus person to help with setting up decor, finalizing details & to do the extra special things like ensuring you have a drink in your hand! Essentially, it’s like the benefits of 2 coordinators at a significantly reduced rate! 

Recommended for weddings/events over 125-150 guests or for weddings with a different ceremony & reception location.

Our fabulous team comes in and completes all event set up! From ceremony to reception (tables, chairs, linens, aisle decor, table decor, dessert table, gift table, guest sign in, bar area, etc). We work together in advance with a template exclusive to KW Wedding Events to ensure we have everything perfectly placed according to your vision. This is a HUGE time & stress savor! It eliminates the burden on your friends, family & wedding party.
